The Play deals with the last night of General Banhita Mushiana internationally hated autocrat of Blueland, a small country which won freedom from the French Colonialists a few years ago. Blueland suffered a bitter caste-riot between Tulsi minorities and Tulu majorities after the conspired Air crash of its liberal President, who it is known throughout the world was murdered through Plane crash by the then General Banhita. Banhita subsequently became the President and under his cruel communal regime about ten lakh poor Tulsi people were butchered in the name of caste or religion.
Banhita subsequently became an autocrat defying and destroying democratic setups of the country expecting the Parliament where his voice was the last word.
